i realized it isn't cool leaving this site up without an update regarding the other videos.
i did receive the other videos. they were extremely disappointing after so many years of work. the FBI basically put a digial camera in front of a television and transferred that to the DVDs. the end result was that they had "satisfied" the original request.
i thought long about litigating further to have them go back and transfer the videos in decent quality, but what was actually recorded in the rest of the videos was really nothing of interest. many of the recordings were home videos that had nothing to do with the events - many of them well after 9/11 and completely irrelevant; i mean nothing.
i've been working on this project for so many years, and if there was anything on those videos that may have possibly shed further light on the event, i would have fought for the higher quality. it was all basically random stuff and shaky camera work revealing nothing. that may be hard to accept (my personal judgement) but you're going to have to trust me or hate me.
if you're new the the movement and a bit confused about what to believe, read every word here: http://www.oilempire.us/911.html. stick to the sites recommended there. stay away from no-plane theories and groups and sites that suggest anything other than a 757 impacted the pentagon.

In reference to our FOIA request, the FBI has sent us 13 additional PENTTBOM videos. This is the second round release (not counting the CCTV Pentagon, CITGO, and Doubltree video releases). Each DVD contains 1 video from the 'menu' list. Here is a summary of what was sent:
NE515: WTC ground scenes. Begins 5 minutes after first impact. Witness says he saw the first plane. K3074: Footage of the second plane impacting the WTC. The video also captures the collapses. NE418: Pentagon witness saying he saw a plane land into the Pentagon, followed by another plane (C130). NE521: Starts just after first plane hits WTC. Interesting commentary by cameraman and his friends. Some audio redacted by FBI. Shows close-up of someone falling. NE485: Fire department video. Shows a fire department on routine calls, then the camera man drives in a car to the Pentagon. Various scenes of the crash site. NE519: Various WTC ground scenes prior to the second impact. Catches only fireball of second impact. Shows people running and screaming. Cameraman goes to his apartment, then back onto the street. Inside of a hotel lobby when the first tower collapses. No commentary. NE522: WTC and various NYC ground scenes. Shows the FBI around a motorhome and then the video is redacted. Mostly just shaky camera work. NE3075: Evan Fairbanks footage. Professional camerawork. Several witnesses. Famous second plane impact footage. Many shots near the base of the towers. Shows the first collapse. NE439: Tourists visiting the Pentagon after 9/11. NE438: More tourists visiting the Pentagon after 9/11. NE517: Zoom far from the WTC. Shows people and 1/2 of the first collapse. K3072: Footage from around NYC with zooms on the WTC. Shows the first collapse from a distance. NE524: NYC fire department video. Shows the WTC from a helicopter. Misses first collapse. Firemen talking.

Here is a summary of the content on the 10 DVDs... Each DVD contains one video (or item from the 'menu'). NE511: This is CCTV footage from somewhere in or near the WTC. There are four screens recording for 2 hours. Three show interior shots of nothing of interest. The fourth is totally blacked out. NE513: This is the black and white video showing the impact of the second plane. NE514: This is the second plane impact footage where the lady says, 'This is the worst thing that's ever happened!' NE518: Second plane impact showing a fluttering tree and a crane.
NE520: Video zoom far from the WTC. Totally overexposed. The video begins after the second plane hits. Can't observe anything of interest.
NE523: Footage shot by a couple in a hotel adjacent to the WTC. This video is cut just as the second plane hits, and also as the towers collapse. A lot of footage of people falling and hitting the ground. I pulled some audio from this video (below) and plan to upload more of the video minus the jumpers and bodies.
NE526: Full ABC News episode called, 'The Survivors'. This is about the burn victims of 9/11.
K3070: The Brooklyn Bridge footage of the second impact. Has been around for some time.
K3071: Identical to K3070.
K3073: Appears to be a new angle on the tower collapses.
This is the first bulk release of videos from the PENTTBOM investigative file. More will come later. How much later? I don't know. But we requested 64 of 84 items on the 'menu' and we now have 10 new items. Other items on the 'menu' included (and previously released to us) CCTV footage from the Pentagon, Citgo gas station, and Double Tree hotel.

This site is a follow-up to my original site, Flight77.info. At Flight77.info I documented the legal process to obtain the mythical video(s) showing what hit the Pentagon on 9/11. In March of 2006, Flight77.info's FOIA lawsuit forced the release of the most recent Pentagon security camera footage (although in the news media, Judicial Watch took the credit for our work), and Flight77.info also forced the release of the Double Tree hotel video footage. All of this documentation is still live at Flight77.info, although I let that site expire and someone else has kindly reposted all the old documentation.
Along this long road which began in October of 2004 with the original FOIA request for Flight 77 footage, we uncovered the existence of 85 other 9/11 related videos that the government was holding as part of the larger PENTTBOM investigation. Some of these videos were confiscated on 9/11. Some were handed to 9/11 investigators. Others were found in different ways throughout the investigation.
We requested 64 of the 85 videos. And now, 3 years after learning of their existence within page 5 of the Maguire statement - finally the first interim release of these videos is at hand. On November 3rd the FBI delivered 10 DVDs in response to our requests and persistence of my excellent FOIA attorney, Scott Hodes.
